VanMar provides pre-construction and construction services through a variety of project delivery methods including:

Most of the projects are completed on a Design-build basis or Construction Management at Risk basis.
We believe that working with the owner and design group from project inception to completion is the best way to deliver a project. We believe that successful projects are a result of collaboration not conflict. Today's complex construction environment demands a better way to build. We are pleased to see that the Design-Build or the Construction Management method of project delivery is increasingly popular and is becoming the project delivery method of choice on most projects.
