Robert Horvath
Project Director
Robert is a Project Director who started in the construction industry in 1992 and through education and experience has realized his current position. His post secondary education consisted of a Diploma in Business/Finance from Langara College and he went on to complete the Building Technology Program at BCIT. In the past 18 years he has worked in various roles in the construction industry, both on site and in the office, including being a developer for 2 years and has spent the last 7 years as a Project Manager on various residential, commercial and institutional projects ranging from $2,000,000 to $41,000,000. Robert draws on a wide range of experience having completed projects in wood frame, concrete and structural steel. His projects include market, student & social housing and are as varied as a hotel, sorority house, condominiums and a daycare. Robert believes that the key to a successful project is organization and maintaining good working relationships with owners, consultants and trades alike.
